1. About the service

FillUpCoin ("we", "us") is an online service that lets you top up prepaid mobile numbers at third-party carriers around the world and pay for those top-ups in cryptocurrency. We act as a reseller of the carrier’s product. We are not a mobile operator and we are not affiliated with any carrier whose products are listed on the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into contracts. By placing an order you confirm that you meet those requirements and that your use of FillUpCoin is not prohibited by the laws of your country or by the sanctions programs that apply to us.

3. Orders and delivery

When you submit an order and confirm the invoice, we accept your purchase and dispatch the top-up to the carrier for the number you provided. Delivery times depend on the carrier, but in most cases the airtime lands within a few minutes of the payment confirming. You are responsible for the phone number and the operator you select. Once the top-up has been accepted by the carrier it cannot be reversed.

4. Payment in cryptocurrency

All invoices are issued in cryptocurrency. The amount shown in your local currency is a reference only; the invoice is settled when the exact crypto amount arrives at the address shown on the checkout page before it expires. Underpayments, late payments and payments sent to a different address can delay delivery or require a manual review. Network fees are paid by you.

5. Trademarks

Carrier names, logos and brands displayed on the site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the top-up product. The use of any brand name on this site does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, that brand.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to use FillUpCoin for fraud, money laundering, financing of terrorism, resale of stolen credentials or any other illegal purpose. We may refuse, cancel or hold any order that we reasonably believe falls into one of these categories.

7. Liability

Our liability for a failed order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, carrier outages, mis-typed phone numbers, lost SIM cards, or regulatory changes in your country.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies to new orders placed after the "Last updated" date above.
