Delivery times
Most refills land within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. PIN vouchers arrive by email.
Wrong number or operator
Contact support before the refill is dispatched. After it reaches the carrier it cannot be reversed.
Refunds
Failed deliveries are refunded in the same cryptocurrency. See the Refund Policy for details.
